One-on-One Workshop Training is suitable for professionals who may have significant needs relating to their communication performance or who may struggle to identify the reason they are facing challenges. Individual coaching can be more successful when specific areas of concern are addressed, drawing on the wide range of course materials available from Dental Protection enabling participants to develop competence in a variety of areas. A needs analysis is conducted with both the referring organisation and the participant in order to select the most appropriate course materials for the training. This identifies individual needs and challenges, including barriers to change. Intensive coaching, usually over one day, involves tailoring the workshop exercises to address the specific issues that have been identified, and actors are used to rehearse the skills.
