‘Refer a Year 1’ Dental Incentive Terms and Conditions

• You’ll be eligible to receive your US$20 Amazon gift card when your referred colleague is approved for Dental Protection membership. Their application must be received by 30 September 2025. 
• The referrer must be a member of Dental Protection and the colleague being referred cannot be an existing member of Dental Protection and must be a registered dentist in the Caribbean and Bermuda.
• The US$20 Amazon gift cards will be sent to referrers and the referred colleague by email within 14 days of the colleague’s first subscription payment being received. 
• Employees or agents of The Medical Protection Society Limited ("MPS", "We") its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the incentive may not enter.
• Entrants into the incentive shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• To refer a friend, your colleague must submit their application form and when their membership has been approved you will both receive US$50 Amazon gift cards. If you have any questions, please email [email protected] with "Refer a colleague" in the subject line. 
• MPS accepts no responsibility for applications that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the application is not proof of receipt by MPS. 
• The closing date of the incentive is 23:59 on 14 February 2025. Membership application forms received outside this time will not be considered. 
• MPS accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the gift card.
• The gift card is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. 
• The gift card must be accepted as offered by the named member only. MPS reserves the right to ask for proof of identity, age and address and withdraw entitlement to the gift card where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.  
• Referrers and applicants consent to the use of their voice, image, photograph, and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by MPS and its related companies) by MPS and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the incentive for a period of 12 months. These may be used in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice. Recipients of the gift cards may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the incentive and shall participate in such activity on MPS's reasonable request. 
• MPS shall use any personal information supplied as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at https://www.dentalprotection.org/home/footer-group/privacy-and-cookie-notice, and in accordance with data protection legislation. 
• MPS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this incentive with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of MPS in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered. 
• MPS shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, cyber-crime, data breach, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances such as tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures.
• The incentive will be governed by English law and entrants to the incentive submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
