You will need to change your membership category via HKDA or directly with Dental Protection, and as soon as your change has been agreed and confirmed you can start offering consultations and treatment. You must be in your 3rd year or above of practice to enable us to protect you for implant procedures.  Remember the treatment involves making the diagnosis and determining a treatment plan. You can make a change like this mid-year if you start undertaking those procedures, although the higher subscription rate will be applied to the full membership year when calculating the additional subscription you are required to pay.
