Member communications 

If you need your membership documents in a different format, we can help. We can provide information in large print, Braille or audio. 

If you have hearing difficulties, we can take extra care when speaking with you. If you are going through a challenging time, you can let us know so we can approach conversations with sensitivity.

Visiting our offices
 

Many conversations with your medicolegal team can take place remotely. When you prefer to meet in person, we will make that experience as comfortable as possible. 

Our offices include fully-accessible meeting rooms, lifts, facilities and priority parking. We aim to provide a calm and low-sensory environment. We can also arrange additional adjustments based on your individual needs.

Changing text size 

You can adjust the size of text or magnify your screen using your browser settings. These options are usually found under Preferences, View or Appearance.

If you prefer content to be read aloud, you can use a screen reader or built in read aloud functionality in your browser or device. These features are often listed as Read Aloud, Reader View or Read Mode in your settings.
