  • One Dental Protection hoodie is available to first year dental and DCP students, located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
  • Students’ year of study must have started September 2023. Students will be asked to provide their first name, surname, and membership ID before receiving a hoodie.
  • Students may receive one Dental Protection hoodie in size of their choice; XS, S, M, L, XL.
  • Employees or agents of The Medical Protection Society Limited ("MPS", "We") its group companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with MPS are not eligible to receive a hoodie.
  • Students who receive a hoodie shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • To receive a hoodie, students may collect at their freshers fayre or if our introduction talk is online, students can request one via our Relationship Manager Justin Sing, [email protected].
  • The last available date to receive a hoodie is 31st July 2024.
  • MPS accepts no responsibility for students that fail to receive a hoodie for a technical or other reason.
  • MPS accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the hoodie.
  • The hoodie is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  • MPS shall use any personal information supplied as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen at www.medicalprotection.org/privacy, and in accordance with data protection legislation.
  • MPS reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the hoodie promotion with or without prior notice and including due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of MPS in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • MPS shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.
