Not getting your member update emails?

If you are a Medical Protection member and you aren't getting emails like Casebook Connect or information about podcasts, CPD courses then find out how to resolve that below.

Resubscribe using your registered email address

If you have unsubscribed you can enter your email address below. You will receive an email confirming that you'd like to opt-in.

Check that we have an up to date email address for you

If you have registered for MyMPS you can check your details online here or by clicking My account/login at the top of the page.

If you don't have an online account, please contact member services to confirm your details. 

Check spam and whitelist Medical Protection

It's possible that our emails are ending up in your spam folder. In which case the ways to resolve it depend on your email provider and app that you use to access emails. It may be as simple as finding an email from us and marking it as not spam, this may give you the option to mark us as a safe sender or set to always appear in your main inbox.
