Please help us to respond as quickly as possible by including, or having to hand when you call, your Medical Protection membership number plus two pieces of information that will help us verify your identity. This is usually your date of birth and the first line of your address and postcode. We need this information to meet data protection requirements when locating your membership record so we can get you the answers you need straightaway.
