Are some of us more susceptible to burnout? The short answer is yes, but even the most resilient have a breaking point.
Join Dr Samantha King, Medical Adviser for Medical Protection New Zealand for this interactive webinar as she discusses the internal, or ‘me’ factors that predispose us to burnout.
Designed for all dental practitioners, this live one-hour webinar will help you recognise the early signs of burnout and learn simple, practical ways to build your resilience, so you can continue to have a long and successful career.
With an opportunity for real time questions and answers during the broadcast, this is the ideal way to have the expertise of Dental Protection brought directly to you.
By the end of the webinar you will:
• Identify internal factors that may increase your risk of burnout
• Recognise signs of burnout
• Learn practical steps to build your resilience
