Join Dr Shreeti Patel and Dr Thomas McCaffrey as you get to grips with the often intimidating topic of consent, both in general and in relation to endodontics.
In the webinar you’ll learn about the consent process, and see how it plays out in endodontic examples. You will look at the importance of good record keeping when it comes to evidencing the consent process, and how that can help you reduce the risk of complaints and claims.
By the end of the webinar you will:
- know the essential components of obtaining valid consent from patients
- be aware of case law affecting how consent is obtained from patients
- reflect on the process of getting consent and how it relates to endodontics
- be aware of the clinical and patient-specific considerations in relation to endodontic care.
