We are all human. Despite our best intentions, mistakes can happen.

In an increasingly demanding professional environment, you need to protect and build your professional reputation and that of the practice. How then can you reduce the risk of a complaint, claim or AHPRA investigation following an adverse outcome?

Join Dr James Foster, Head of Dental Services for Dental Protection Australia, New Zealand and Asia for this interactive webinar as he discusses real dentolegal cases to help you identify common themes.

Designed for all dental practitioners, this live one-hour webinar will help you learn behaviours and actions to minimise the escalation of a case when things don’t go to plan.

With an opportunity for real time questions and answers during the broadcast, this is the ideal way to have the expertise of Dental Protection brought directly to you.

By attending this webinar you will:

  • learn behaviours and actions to help build and protect your professional reputation
  • understand how to reduce your risk when adverse outcomes arise
  • identify ways to build your professional reputation and trust with patients
