Understand ethical decision making and manage potential patient conflict

Join Dr Raj Rattan, Dental Director for Dental Protection, as he gives insight into the challenges of ethical decision making. Learn how to better manage the potential patient conflict that can impact reputation, business profitability and compromise patient care.

Designed for Dental Protection members, this live one-hour webinar will feature cases and scenarios to help you gain the skills to avoid potential patient litigation and scrutiny from Boards.

With an opportunity for real time questions and answers during the broadcast, this is the ideal way to have the expertise of Dental Protection brought directly to you.

Webinar objectives:

  • Increase awareness of the ethical and legal challenges.
  • Understand the psychological drivers behind ethical decision making.
  • Explore the ethics of evidence-based care versus the commercial aspects of general practice.
