 Consultant for Dental Protection Australia. She is the first point of cont
 act for members\, providing colleague to colleague support and advice. Dr 
 Weston completed her undergraduate dental degree and vocational training i
 n the UK\, and worked in the NHS and private dentistry for four years befo
 re immigrating to Australia in 2003. She has worked across three Australia
 n states\, in both private and public dentistry\, and gained her Masters i
 n Health Law through the University of Sydney\, Faculty of Law in 2009.\nD
 r Weston was awarded a Fellowship to the American College of Dentistry in 
 2016 and a Fellowship to the Pierre Fauchard Academy in 2019 in recognitio
 n of her strong work in ethics and collegiate support. Dr Weston continues
  to practice on a part time basis.\nDr James Foster\n\nDr James Foster is 
 Head of Dental Services &ndash\; Asia &amp\; Australasia\, Dental Protecti
 on. Dr Foster qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 1990 and was in ge
 neral practice for 16 years during which time he ran two practices in Nort
 humberland. He held various roles with the Northern Deanery in education a
 nd also worked as a Clinical Supervisor in prosthodontics at Newcastle Den
 tal Hospital. \n Dr Foster obtained a Masters degree in Medical Law in 200
 5\, and has further obtained the MFGDP(UK) and a Certificate in Clinical E
 ducation. In 2004\, he was appointed as a Dental Protection Associate Dent
 o-Legal Adviser\, before becoming a full-time Dento-Legal Adviser in March
  2008. In November 2019\, Dr Foster was awarded the Foundation Fellowship 
 of the Faculty of Forensic &amp\; Legal Medicine of the Royal College of P
