Since 1 April 2011 The National Health Service (Concerns, Complaints and Redress Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2011 have applied to NHS treatment provided in Wales. A copy of the regulations can be downloaded here
New guidance has been issued by the Welsh Assembly in respect of the new regulations. This is available via the “Putting Things Right” website here
