Providers who submitted a valid application to CQC by Wednesday 23 March should appear on the register on the CQC website register on 1 April.

This initial version of the register includes the following information about those provider’s registration status:
- Their legal entity name and address.
- A statement saying they are: ‘registered and therefore licensed to provide services, or in the final stages of being registered (subject to application approval by CQC)’.
CQC state that the register will be updated regularly after 1 April to ensure providers who submit an application after 23 March are listed as soon as possible.
Once all providers have received their registration decision, and been given the opportunity to consider it and make any representations, CQC will publish the final outcomes in the register.
