Specifically directed to the needs of dentists in the early years of their career, the seventh annual conference is a must for all young dentists, offering an innovative and enthralling programme that is unlike any other. Organised by Dental Protection, the BDA and BDJ, this conference is a must for all young dentists.
The event, which includes five hours verifiable CPD, will see young dentists speaking on the following topics:
- Your generation looking after the older generation - A session exploring the challenges in providing dental care for elderly patients.
- Talkin’ ‘bout my generation - Following on from the first session of the day, this topic will explore the ‘generation gap’ and problems relating to communication and understanding, which can often lead to conflict with patients.
- Leadership - How can a young professional contribute and assert their knowledge and authority within the team without stepping on any toes? How can a young dentist respond to the needs of the rest of the team whilst developing their own career?
