The number of complaints and GDC investigations involving dental nurses and dental technicians are on the increase and 80% of all cases handled by DPL aren’t related to clinical negligence. Having indemnity for clinical negligence alone simply isn’t enough. The Risk Management and Communications module was developed in conjunction with Dental Protection and is part of a seven disc interactive series produced by the FGDP (UK) and Smile-on Ltd. This module retails at over £50 (inc VAT) but is free to a DPL Xtra practice.
