Senior Cases Consultant

Michael joined the Medical Protection Society in 1987 after seventeen years in general practice, as a member of the Dental Secretariat. He became a Dento-Legal Adviser on the formation of Dental Protection in 1999 and subsequently held positions as Assistant Dental Director, Deputy Director and Company Secretary. He is now the Senior Cases Consultant and is involved in managing Dental Protection's complex cases, piloting an initiative in resolving intra-professional disputes (Michael is an accredited mediator with the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators). He lectures both nationally and internationally on dento-legal, ethical and risk management issues.
