Dental Protection is committed to a team approach to risk management. We invite Practice Principals together with their Practice Managers to attend one of our FREE, especially created Practice Management Seminars. These short interactive seminars are designed to demonstrate how to avoid and deal with difficult interactions with patients proactively.
DPL is offering seminars in Leeds on 15th (FULLY BOOKED) and 16th November 2011. As well as in Edinburgh on 30th November 2011. All will include either a light lunch or mulled wine and mince pies. Each session will contain 2.5 hours verifiable CPD for registered professionals and each attending team member will receive a free 'Setting up an In-House Complaints Procedure booklet.
These seminars are always very popular and places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment!
