As a DPL Xtra practice, you know just how important it is to ensure that your patients and practice team are safe. Unfortunately, and perhaps somewhat inevitably, some dento-legal problems with patients and members of staff arise daily and you, as the practice manager, may sometimes feel out of your depth or ill-equipped. It is not that the problems are insurmountable, or that you lack the enthusiasm, but more the fact that you may feel you do not have the appropriate experience and training. For obvious reasons if you make the wrong decision, the consequences can be uncomfortable.

Dental Protection is committed to a team approach to risk management and recognises the important role that practice managers and senior receptionist play. We would then like to invite you to attend the first DPL Xtra Practice Managers Forum. The topics covered during the day have been carefully chosen from the sort of problems that Dental Protection assists DPL Xtra members with on a day-to-day basis. We hope that you will find the day extremely interesting and will be keen to take part.

The Forum will take place in Dental Protection’s offices in central London and is FREE OF CHARGE to DPL Xtra practice managers and senior receptionists. Numbers however are strictly limited. Places will be offered on a first come first served basis and will limited to a maximum of two per DPL Xtra practice.
