Discovering the H Factor
Dental Protection are pleased to announce a further series of roadshows taking place in Ireland during April 2010.
The series of roadshows in association with the IDA, will see speakers Sue Boynton, Brian Edlin, Stephen Henderson and Susan Willatt, present at four cities in Ireland.
The team-focused lectures will the H Factor - human nature - and will explore why it may not be possible to keep all of our patients happy all of the time. These presentations are designed to help all members of the team identify difficult patients in advance, in order to adopt techniques and practices to assist them in proactive, as well as reactive, management. The session will also explore the ethical standards expected by the Dental Council, and provide examples of situations where litigation could have been avoided.
The lectures will take place on the following dates:
Monday 19 April - Athlone Springs Hotel, Athlone
Tuesday 20 April - Hilton Dublin Hotel, Charlemont Place, Dublin 2
Wednesday 28 April - Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny
Thursday 29 April - Sligo Park Hotel, Sligo
All lectures are open to all members of the dental team and costs €25 for DPL or IDA members, €100 for members of neither organisation and €10 for accompanying staff members.
