Dental Protection Limited (DPL) is offering non-members the chance to enjoy the benefits of the world’s largest indemnity provider and join later. Non-members who register for the organisation’s popular risk management education workshops will have their $495 course fee refunded if they join DPL by June 2011.
The 2011 programme includes two different three-hour-long small group workshops: Mastering Your Risk and Mastering Adverse Outcomes. Thirty-two of these workshops will be held in twenty-one locations across Australia between 2 June 2011 and 15 September 2011.
Informed by DPL’s unrivalled case experience, the workshops were developed in Australia for Australian dentists and are presented by practising Australian dentists. The workshops provide dentists with proven techniques to reduce their risk of complaint or claim, and improve outcomes for patients
The risk management workshops are part of DPL’s ongoing commitment to education, and free to members as a benefit of membership. They also qualify for CPD to help dentists meet their registration requirements.
These workshops run in parallel with other free CPD events for the whole dental team, due to take place in August 2011.
