Maxillofacial surgery/dental surgery		    
Dentists who carry out preparatory surgery and place implants, or who construct and fit restorative work of any kind upon osseo-integrated implants, must pay the maxillofacial subscription rate. OMN 2,855

State/employer indemnified practice		    
Full benefits of membership excluding indemnity. For dentists working solely in a state or employer indemnified post. DSP 450
Full benefits of membership with indemnity for up to 150 hours of practice outside a state or employer indemnified post per annum. DLP
